What are Telephone Interviews?

Employers may telephone you in response to an application form or CV and conduct an informal 10 minute interview to make a decision about your application.
Only if you are successful will you be offered a 'face-to-face' interview.
Be prepared for this possibility and keep an applications folder at the ready with all your details and who you have applied to - print off copies if you have applied online.
